Driving Instructor Retraining

Short Courses:

PRACTICAL DRIVING LESSONS £40.00

These are separate one hour lessons for people who prefer to train on a part-time basis, or those experiencing difficulty passing the ADI Part Two examinations because of inadequate training elsewhere. They are structured to cater for individual needs.

PRACTICAL INSTRUCTIONAL SESSIONS £40.00

These are separate one hour lessons for people who prefer to train on a part-time basis, or those experiencing difficulty passing the ADI Part Three examinations because of inadequate training elsewhere. They are structured to cater for individual needs.

CARDINGTON SPECIAL DRIVING TEST £80.00

For qualified ADIs who wish to prepare for the DIAmond Advanced Instructor qualification. To pass at ‘Grade A’ very specialised training is essential. These two-hour lessons are structured to individual needs.

CORRESPONDENCE COURSE £150.00

The correspondence course (included with the Part One training course) is offered as a separate package for people who are unable to take time off work. The entire syllabus for the Part One examination is covered.

ADI CHECK - SESSIONS £40.00

For qualified ADI’s who are about to take their Check Test. This course is structured in three separate sessions as follows:

1. Discussion of the Check Test requirement/analysis of previous Check Test reports.

2. Observation of a driving lesson.

3. Analysis of the lesson and advice.

RE-TRAINING SESSIONS £80.00

This training is designed to help ADIs who have been advised by their Supervising Examiner to seek further training before their next Check Test. It consists of an initial practical two hour session for advice and assessment. Further training may be required.
